Medicare Advantage (Part C)
One card, extras like dental and vision, and a network you have to live inside. We confirm your primary care doctor and your specialists sit in the plans we can write.
Spanish Springs · Lake Sumter Landing · Brownwood
Our licensed agents sit down with retirees across The Villages, FL and price Medicare Advantage, Medigap and Part D side by side. Your doctors get verified. Your drug list gets run. Then you see the real yearly number.

What you get on the first call
A plan review built around your doctors and your drug list
Independent agency, licensed in Florida. We do not offer every plan available in your area. We shop the carriers we hold appointments with, then explain which of those plans fits your doctors, your prescriptions and your budget.

Client stories
Reviews are shown with the client's first name, last initial and city, with permission.
Turning 65
I was turning 65 and had no idea which forms came first. We went through my dates on one call, and I had my Part B start date and a plan picked out before my birthday month.
Doctor networks
My cardiologist was the whole issue. The agency checked the network before I signed anything and told me plainly which plans kept my doctor.
Prescription costs
They ran my six medications through the drug lists instead of just quoting me a premium. My yearly cost dropped and I'm using the same pharmacy on Buenos Aires Boulevard.

These are the details that actually decide which plan fits, not which brochure looks nicest.
Enter your date of birth. We'll show your Initial Enrollment Period, the month to apply, and when coverage could begin.
Give us the doctor or clinic you want to keep. We check it against the plans available in your Villages ZIP code and call you back with the answer, usually the same or next business day. No auto-generated guess, just a real check.
The monthly premium never tells the whole story. We price your medications against the drug lists of plans we represent near you, including your pharmacy, and call you with the real annual cost instead of a headline number.
October 15 to December 7 is your window
Carriers redraw networks, drug tiers and premiums for January. Fifteen minutes now beats a surprise at the pharmacy counter on Buenos Aires Boulevard. What we check each fall →
Birthday number 65 coming up?
The clock starts three months ahead of your birthday month. Miss it and Part B penalties follow you for the rest of your life. Pin down my dates →
No single carrier signs our paycheck. We lay out what we can actually sell you, say plainly where each option gives something up, and let the totals settle it.
One card, extras like dental and vision, and a network you have to live inside. We confirm your primary care doctor and your specialists sit in the plans we can write.
Steady costs and no network to worry about. Any provider taking Medicare works, from The Villages Health care centers to specialists in Ocala and Orlando.
Premium alone tells you very little. We put your actual pill list through each drug formulary and total the twelve-month cost, deductible and tiers included.
Bring us the plan you have now for a second look. If it still beats everything we could write for you, we say so and change nothing.
Small whole life policies sized to funeral bills, so the cost never lands on your kids. Several options skip the medical exam entirely.
Seven months of Initial Enrollment, one guaranteed Medigap window that never reopens, and different math if you are still drawing a paycheck.
Why residents stay with us
The Villages Senior Insurance is a small shop by design. Nobody hands you off to a script reader three states away.
Reach our office at 352-648-8840No rotating queue in another time zone. The agent who writes your application is the one who answers in February when a claim comes back wrong.
We verify your providers and price your prescriptions first, then recommend. Skipping that step is how retirees here end up paying for a plan their cardiologist does not take.
Carriers pay commissions after enrollment. Your premium reads identically whether you use us or apply alone.
Appointments in homes and villas across Sumter, Lake and Marion counties. Phone and video also work if the golf schedule is tight.
Both are worth using, and they do different jobs. 1-800-MEDICARE and Medicare.gov can tell you about every plan available in your area. We work with a smaller set of carriers, and we do the personal legwork on your doctors, medications and budget.
| Working with a local independent agency | 1-800-MEDICARE / Medicare.gov |
|---|---|
| A small local team that knows your file and picks up again | A general assistance line staffed by different representatives |
| Reviews your specific doctors and prescriptions before recommending anything | Provides general Medicare information and can look up plan details |
| Same person available after enrollment, including at claim time | A different representative may answer each time you call |
| Compares options from the carriers we represent in your ZIP code | Can provide information about every plan available in your area |
| Offers in-person, home and phone appointments across Sumter County | Primarily phone-based, plus Medicare.gov self-service tools |
We do not offer every plan available in your area. To review all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or the Florida State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
Four steps, no pressure
Call us or send the short form. We ask who treats you, what you take, what you can spend, and what soured you on the last plan.
We quote every option we hold in your ZIP, 32162 through 34785, and hand you one page you can read without a magnifier.
Application signed together at your table, over the phone or online. Half an hour covers it in most cases.
Carriers rewrite the rules each October. We re-price your list and move you only when the math clearly wins.
Where we work
A plan rated five stars somewhere else means nothing here if your cardiologist at UF Health The Villages Hospital sits outside its network. Same story for AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares and the practices strung along US-441 and CR-466. We match plan networks to your provider list before a single recommendation leaves our mouth.
You will find us at kitchen tables from Spanish Springs to Brownwood, plus Wildwood, Lady Lake, Leesburg and Fruitland Park. Every October through December 7 we run Annual Enrollment right here.

Start whenever you like
One phone call usually settles it. If the plan you hold already beats everything on our shelf, we say exactly that and you keep it.
