Client stories

What The Villages clients say

Reviews are shown with the client's first name, last initial and city, with permission.

  • Turning 65

I was turning 65 and had no idea which forms came first. We went through my dates on one call, and I had my Part B start date and a plan picked out before my birthday month.

  • Doctor networks

My cardiologist was the whole issue. The agency checked the network before I signed anything and told me plainly which plans kept my doctor.

  • Prescription costs

They ran my six medications through the drug lists instead of just quoting me a premium. My yearly cost dropped and I'm using the same pharmacy on Buenos Aires Boulevard.

Three tools built around real questions

These are the details that actually decide which plan fits, not which brochure looks nicest.

Find your Medicare enrollment period

Enter your date of birth. We'll show your Initial Enrollment Period, the month to apply, and when coverage could begin.

Check my doctors

Give us the doctor or clinic you want to keep. We check it against the plans available in your Villages ZIP code and call you back with the answer, usually the same or next business day. No auto-generated guess, just a real check.

Review my prescription costs

The monthly premium never tells the whole story. We price your medications against the drug lists of plans we represent near you, including your pharmacy, and call you with the real annual cost instead of a headline number.

The same voice, year after year

No rotating queue in another time zone. The agent who writes your application is the one who answers in February when a claim comes back wrong.

  • 02

Doctors and pills come before plans

We verify your providers and price your prescriptions first, then recommend. Skipping that step is how retirees here end up paying for a plan their cardiologist does not take.

  • 03

    You pay us nothing, ever

Carriers pay commissions after enrollment. Your premium reads identically whether you use us or apply alone.

Why call us instead of 1-800-MEDICARE?

Both are worth using, and they do different jobs. 1-800-MEDICARE and Medicare.gov can tell you about every plan available in your area. We work with a smaller set of carriers, and we do the personal legwork on your doctors, medications and budget.

Four steps, no pressure

What a no-cost plan review looks like

  1. 1

    Fifteen minutes on the phone

Call us or send the short form. We ask who treats you, what you take, what you can spend, and what soured you on the last plan.

  2. 2

    Numbers laid side by side

We quote every option we hold in your ZIP, 32162 through 34785, and hand you one page you can read without a magnifier.

  3. 3

We fill out the paperwork with you

Application signed together at your table, over the phone or online. Half an hour covers it in most cases.

  4. 4

    One review every fall

Carriers rewrite the rules each October. We re-price your list and move you only when the math clearly wins.

Where we work

Medicare plans in The Villages, FL turn on local networks

A plan rated five stars somewhere else means nothing here if your cardiologist at UF Health The Villages Hospital sits outside its network. Same story for AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares and the practices strung along US-441 and CR-466. We match plan networks to your provider list before a single recommendation leaves our mouth.

You will find us at kitchen tables from Spanish Springs to Brownwood, plus Wildwood, Lady Lake, Leesburg and Fruitland Park. Every October through December 7 we run Annual Enrollment right here.

One phone call usually settles it. If the plan you hold already beats everything on our shelf, we say exactly that and you keep it.

Straight answers

What Villages retirees ask us most

When can I enroll in Medicare in The Villages, FL?
Three windows matter. Your first one opens three months ahead of your 65th birthday month and closes three months after it. Annual Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7 every year. A move into Sumter County, a retirement, or the end of employer coverage opens a Special Enrollment Period on its own clock.
Does it cost anything to work with your agency?
Nothing. The carriers pay us after you enroll. Your premium reads the same whether you sign with our office off CR-466 or file the application yourself on Medicare.gov.
Medicare Advantage or a Medicare Supplement, which is better?
Neither wins on paper. It comes down to your doctors, your prescriptions, how often you head north for the summer, and what you can absorb in a bad health year. We price both sides from the carriers we carry, then hand you the numbers.
Can you check whether my doctor is in network?
Yes, and we do it before any recommendation. That means checking The Villages Health care centers, UF Health The Villages Hospital, AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, and the independent practices along US-441. Your medication list gets run against each drug formulary at the same time.
Do you meet in person?
We do. Kitchen tables in Buffalo Ridge, Fenney and DeLuna, plus homes in Lady Lake, Wildwood, Oxford, Fruitland Park and Leesburg. Phone and video work just as well if you would rather skip the visit.
